- Payment Information.
- All classes fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the class
- Enrollment is confirmed only after the full payment is received in advance.
- Fees are non-negotiable.
- Payment must be made via:

- Check (Check must be Payable to “Kitten Art Classes LLC”)
- Class Fees
- Prices are listed as per art class different plans (1 month plan, 3 months plan etc.)
- Fees don’t include art supplies. Students need to bring their own art supplies as listed on website.
- Continued failure to pay may result in the student losing their place in the class.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start of the session: Full refund.
- No refunds for cancellations made on or after the class start date, or for missed sessions. 4.
- Make-Up Classes
- Make-up classes are offered only when notice of absence is given at least one week in advance.
- No credits or refunds for no-shows.
- Renewal of Student Registration
- Renewal is required before 2 weeks of the current registration completion to reserve your child spot for next registration.
- Class Cancellations by the Studio
- If a class is cancelled by the studio (e.g., instructor illness, weather), you will be offered a make-up class.
- Discounts & Promotions
- Discount can be applied when you do registration for 3 months or 6 months.
- Liability & Conduct
- The studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
- Children are expected to behave respectfully; disruptive behaviour may result in dismissal from the program with no refund.
- Consent & Media Release
- By enrolling, you agree to allow your child’s artwork and/or class participation photos to be used for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in advance.
