Our Terms And Conditions

  1. Payment Information.  
    1. All classes fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the class
    2.  Enrollment is confirmed only after the full payment is received in advance.  
    3. Fees are non-negotiable.
    4. Payment must be made via:

      2. Check (Check must be Payable to “Kitten Art Classes LLC”)
  2. Class Fees
    1. Prices are listed as per art class different plans (1 month plan, 3 months plan etc.)
    2. Fees don’t include art supplies. Students need to bring their own art supplies as listed on website.
    3. Continued failure to pay may result in the student losing their place in the class.
  3. Cancellations & Refunds
    1. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start of the session: Full refund.
    2. No refunds for cancellations made on or after the class start date, or for missed sessions. 4.
  4. Make-Up Classes
    1. Make-up classes are offered only when notice of absence is given at least one week in advance.
    2. No credits or refunds for no-shows.
  5. Renewal of Student Registration
    1. Renewal is required before 2 weeks of the current registration completion to reserve your child spot for next registration.
  6. Class Cancellations by the Studio
    1.  If a class is cancelled by the studio (e.g., instructor illness, weather), you will be offered a make-up class.
  7. Discounts & Promotions
    1. Discount can be applied when you do registration for 3 months or 6 months.
  8. Liability & Conduct
    1. The studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
    2. Children are expected to behave respectfully; disruptive behaviour may result in dismissal from the program with no refund.
  9. Consent & Media Release
    1. By enrolling, you agree to allow your child’s artwork and/or class participation photos to be used for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in advance.
